Akenna provides an online marketplace connecting property hosts with guests seeking short-term and daily rental accommodations. We do not own, manage, or control any of the listed properties.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and host approval. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Cancellation policies vary by listing and are displayed before booking.
5. Host Responsibilities
Hosts are responsible for ensuring their listings are accurate, that properties meet local safety standards, and that they comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding short-term rentals.
6. Limitation of Liability
Akenna acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the condition of properties, the conduct of hosts or guests, or any damages arising from the use of the Platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
