How do I book a property?
Browse available properties on our homepage. Select a listing you like, choose your check-in and check-out dates, add the number of guests, and click "Reserve". You'll receive a confirmation once the host approves your booking.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Each listing has its own cancellation policy, which is displayed on the property page before you book. Most hosts offer flexible cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely.
Account & Safety
How do I create an account?
Click "Sign up" in the top navigation. You can register with your email address and create a password. Verification of your identity may be required before booking.
Is my personal information safe?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and never share your personal data with third parties without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
